AS Sports is a B2B manufacturer and supplier. Our products and services are intended for retailers, wholesalers, private labels, clubs, and organizations. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, not as an individual consumer.

2. Orders & Agreements

Orders must be confirmed in writing (email, signed quotation, or purchase order).
Custom products require final approval of samples before production begins.
Once production starts, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
AS Sports reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in [currency] and may vary depending on order volume, materials, and customization.
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice (advance, partial, or full payment depending on agreement).
Late payments may result in delayed shipments or additional charges.

4. Production & Delivery

Production timelines will be communicated before order confirmation.
We make every effort to meet agreed delivery schedules, but unforeseen circumstances (such as shipping delays, material shortages, or force majeure events) may impact timelines.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Quality & Warranty

All products are manufactured under strict quality standards.
Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
AS Sports is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Logos, designs, and trademarks provided by clients remain the property of the client.
By supplying your branding, you confirm that you have the rights to use it and grant AS Sports permission to reproduce it for production purposes.
AS Sports retains the right to showcase unbranded samples or designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

AS Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, order cancellations, or the use of products.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the invoice amount (subject to verification).

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

AS Sports may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
